All I basically had to do was pay the money because she had already done all the shopping around. I’ve never had to do anything post inspection in the past so this was new to me. Her connections in the city showed me the true value in a good realtor that I didn’t foresee when it came to purchasing a home. What impressed me the most about Holly was how I noticed her thriving real estate career through her active presence on social media. As Dave Ramsey (my idol) suggests, it’s important to choose realtors who have experience in selling and buying multiple homes, and my friend’s social media activity showcased just that.
